Shan Tuyet tea ("Mountain Snow") is a unique premium variety grown in the high mountains of northern Vietnam. Young tea leaves are covered with delicate white fuzz resembling snow - hence its poetic name.
This tea is harvested from wild tea trees, many of which are over 100 years old. The absence of chemical fertilizers and pesticides makes it a truly organic product. Thanks to the special highland climate - clean air, regular fogs and mineral-rich soil - the leaves develop a unique flavor profile.

- Camellia sinensis var. shan tuyet (100% pure leaf)
Usage
Brew 1 teaspoon (2-3g) per 150-200ml of water at 75-80°C. Steep for 2-3 minutes. Can be brewed up to 3 times. For stronger flavor, increase the amount of tea leaves.
